Deposit and Full Payment
We will ask for a 50% deposit on booking, with the balance payable no later than two months before the start of your holiday. If there is less than two months to go when you book, before your holiday starts, we will ask for the full payment on booking.
Notes:
1. Bookings must be confirmed in writing (letter or email) and remain provisional until the deposit is received.
2.
We are sorry but we do not accept credit cards. Please make cheques payable to S E Ratcliffe.
3.
Payments are non-refundable unless we succeed in re-letting the property for the relevant dates.
4.
A reservation, once confirmed by us, constitutes a contract, which renders you liable for payment in full.
